I’ve been experimenting with my own sensitivities to my sinuses (which I consider a chronic problem). I sometimes get headaches by concentrating too much in my head. One of the teachings I was taught was to focus on my feet or lower part of the body. Now I know that there are multiple ways to approach this. One of those I am using today is “Big Mind” or “Open Awareness Meditation”. Another way I approached sense inputs was to let go of them as soon as I am aware of them. All kinds of variations.

Posted this for a few reasons.
#1. Giving someone our undivided attention is very attractive to others.
#2. Other unspoken and unmentioned positive attribute of meditation in the article is a calm presence. People are more comfortable around us.
#3. People look more attractive/beautiful when they are not stressed.
