In 2000, at a time of deep spiritual crisis, I was introduced to mindfulness and meditation. Prior to this,  I had never considered that I could meditate or that there was even a spiritual side of me that required nurturing. Over time, and as a result of my daily spiritual work and extensive meditation retreat practices,  I have grown to have a greater insight into myself and to the human condition.

I was asked to share my experience and insights with others and the Marin Mindful Recovery Group was formed.  It is my purpose to bring this knowledge to others, especially to those who may have experience anxiety or depression or found themselves in recovery.  Although we no longer hold in-person group gatherings, our interest in helping other persists.  May you find our website of benefit.  Please feel free at any time to send me comments or suggestions.
