I’ve been experimenting with my own sensitivities to my sinuses (which I consider a chronic problem). I sometimes get headaches by concentrating too much in my head. One of the teachings I was taught was to focus on my feet or lower part of the body. Now I know that there are multiple ways to approach this. One of those I am using today is “Big Mind” or “Open Awareness Meditation”. Another way I approached sense inputs was to let go of them as soon as I am aware of them. All kinds of variations.
